All HeyTailz orders ship from within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 2–4 days.

Processing vs. transit

Delivery time has two parts: processing (preparing your order before it ships) and transit (the time the carrier needs after dispatch). Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–4 days.
